Dear members of the St. Charles' Grammar School Osogbo Old Boys Association (SCOBA), distinguished guests, and fellow alumni,

Today, our hearts swell with pride and joy as we extend our warmest felicitations to Charlean Toyin Ajayi. His recent promotion to the position of Principal and his return to our beloved alma mater, St. Charles' Grammar School, Osogbo, mark a momentous occasionโ€”one that resonates deeply with all of us who hold this institution close to our hearts.

Charlean Ajayi, a vibrant and dedicated member of our esteemed community, has left an indelible mark on SCOBA. From his tenure as General Secretary and Social Secretary of the SCOBA Home Branch to his current role as Publicity Secretary at the Central Executive Council level, Charlean Ajayi has exemplified leadership, commitment, and unwavering loyalty. His journey began with the 84 Set, and today, he stands as a beacon of inspiration for us all.

As Charlean Ajayi assumes the mantle of leadership, we offer our heartfelt prayers for his successful tenure. May divine grace and wisdom guide his every decision, allowing him to leave an unmatchable, unforgettable, and positive legacy within our hallowed halls. A branch would be formed by the Old Boys who are domiciled in a particular Country, i.e SCOBA UK Branch, SCOBA Australia Branch, SCOBA South Africa Branch, SCOBA US Branch, etc

Chapters

A Chapter would be formed by the Old Boys who live in same geographical location, city or town, i.e SCOBA London Chapter, Lagos Chapter, Atlanta Chapter, Kaduna Chapter, Manchester Chapter, Osogbo Chapter, etc.

Stanzas

Stanzas would be formed by Old Boys of a particular graduation year set, especially, those that were in the same study years, (ie Form1, Form2,,...Form5) which elsewhere is easily termed "mates" but not necessarily age wise
